How far in advance do I need to order?
All orders require a minimum of
3 days preparation. Order by Monday midnight for Friday delivery or Saturday pickup, and so on through the week, see our Pickup & Delivery page for the full order calendar.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Because everything is made to order and our schedule fills quickly, we ask that any changes or cancellations be made as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of ordering. Contact us directly at bonjour@maisonaugustine.com.au and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, every Friday between 9am and 12pm, across Newcastle and surrounding suburbs. Delivery is $15 for orders over $70, and complimentary for orders over $150.
Where can I pick up my order?
Pickup is available Monday to Saturday from our kitchen in North Lambton, Newcastle. The exact address is provided in your order confirmation email. Pickup is always complimentary.
My delivery address isn't showing as available, what do I do?
Our standard Friday delivery covers a defined set of postcodes across Newcastle and surroundings. If your address isn't recognised at checkout, contact us before ordering and we'll confirm whether we can deliver to you, or suggest the nearest pickup option.

What's in my petits fours box, can I choose specific flavours?
Every House Classics box is composed to give you the best tasting experience across all seven of our signature creations, for example, a box of 12 typically includes a balanced mix across all flavours, never lots of the same one.
If you'd like to choose your own flavours and quantities, our L'Unique box lets you build a fully custom selection.
Do you cater for offices or corporate orders?
Absolutely. Many of our customers order for team morning teas, client meetings and corporate gifting. For larger or recurring corporate orders, contact us directly at bonjour@maisonaugustine.com.au and we can discuss your needs.
Do you cater for allergies or dietary requirements?
Every box includes a QR code card linking to our full petits fours menu, with photos, descriptions and allergen information for each creation. 6 of our seven signature creations are naturally gluten-free.
If you have a specific allergy or dietary requirement, please contact us before ordering at bonjour@maisonaugustine.com.au, we'll advise which creations are safe for you.
How should I store and care for my order?
Our petits fours and cakes are made with fresh mousses, crémeux and glazes,delicate by design. To preserve presentation and texture:
- Carry your box flat at all times, never at an angle.
- Transport in a cool bag with ice packs, especially in warm weather.
- Refrigerate as soon as possible upon arrival.
- Remove from the fridge 15 minutes before serving.
Best consumed within 2 days of collection or delivery.
