Pickup & Delivery Policy

Maison Augustine operates from North Lambton, NSW.

Pickup is available by appointment. Collection instructions will be provided once your order is confirmed.

Local delivery is available within Newcastle and selected surrounding suburbs. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout where applicable.

Customers must ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the nominated delivery address. Perishable products cannot be left unattended unless specifically agreed in writing.

Maison Augustine is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including traffic, weather or unforeseen events.
