All products are made to order and require the notice period specified on the product page.

Orders are confirmed once full payment has been received.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate collection, delivery and contact information.

Maison Augustine is not responsible for damage occurring after collection or once products have been successfully delivered to the nominated address.

While every effort is made to provide accurate allergen information, products are prepared in a kitchen that handles gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts and other allergens. We cannot guarantee the absence of trace allergens.

Maison Augustine reserves the right to update product offerings, pricing and these terms at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
