Refund policy
At Maison Augustine, all products are handcrafted to order using fresh ingredients.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been collected or delivered.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not match your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of collection or delivery at bonjour@maisonaugustine.com.au. We may request photographs to assist with our assessment.
Refunds, replacements or store credit may be offered at our discretion where a genuine issue has occurred.
Change-of-mind purchases are not eligible for refunds.
This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
