France's iconic shell-shaped sponge cakes. Soft, buttery and lightly golden, these classic little cakes have been enjoyed across France for generations.

Handcrafted Cannelés
Handmade by Maison Augustine using our own recipe. Originating from Bordeaux, these traditional pastries feature a deeply caramelised crust with a soft, custard-like centre delicately flavoured with vanilla and dark rum.

Best enjoyed

Enjoy fresh on the day of collection or delivery. For the best experience, warm the croissants, mini pains au chocolat and cannelés in a 170°C oven for 5 minutes before serving. Or enjoy as-is they're delicious at room temperature too. Madeleines are best enjoyed at room temperature.
