French Butter Croissants - Bake at Home
Made in France by Bridor, our Éclat du Terroir croissants are made with 23% fine butter and crafted using traditional French bakery know-how.
Simply keep them frozen until you're ready to enjoy them. Bake at home and fill your kitchen with the irresistible aroma of freshly baked French croissants.
Perfect for a slow Sunday breakfast, brunch with friends, a special morning or simply because you fancy a proper French croissant.

400g total
Ingredients:
Wheat flour, fine butter (milk) 23%, water, sugar, yeast, whole milk powder, salt, wheat gluten, eggs, flour treatment agents (alpha amylases, ascorbic acid, hemicellulases).
Contains: wheat/gluten, milk and eggs.
May contain traces of: sesame seeds, soya, walnut, hazelnut, pecan nut, almond and pistachio.
Keep frozen at -18°C. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
1. Prepare
Place the frozen croissants on a baking tray, leaving enough space between each one.
2. Bake
Preheat your oven to 190°C, then bake at 170°C for approximately 15–17 minutes, or until beautifully golden and crisp.
3. Enjoy
Allow to rest for around 10 minutes at room temperature, then enjoy warm.
Oven performance can vary, so baking time may need to be adjusted slightly.
