La Chocolat-Noisette is a modern French Christmas entremet, sculpted in a distinctive three-dimensional Christmas shape and finished with a delicate chocolate cocoa butter velvet spray.

Beneath its elegant velvet finish, rich dark chocolate mousse surrounds a flowing hazelnut praliné centre, a fudgy hazelnut cake, vanilla crémeux, complemented by a crisp base of milk chocolate, hazelnut and French feuilletine, delicate, crispy French crêpes.

Intense in flavour, with a luscious praline centre and contrasting textures, this indulgent creation is a refined centrepiece for your festive table.
