Inspired by the cookies of my childhood in France, Le Coffret features our signature French bakery-style chocolate chunk cookies, baked in small batches in Newcastle, NSW.
Golden and lightly crisp around the edges, soft and chewy at the centre, each cookie is generously loaded with hand-cut French dark chocolate, creamy Australian milk chocolate, three carefully selected sugars and a delicate touch of fleur de sel.
Perfect with a cup of coffee, shared with friends or given as a thoughtful gift, Le Coffret brings a little taste of a French boulangerie to every occasion.
