Maison Augustine's signature Cannelés are handcrafted in small batches using traditional French techniques. Each one is slowly rested before baking to achieve the contrast that makes this pastry so special: a deeply caramelised, crisp exterior surrounding a soft, tender custard centre delicately flavoured with Madagascan vanilla and dark rum.

Presented on our signature white platter, this elegant selection of 12 Cannelés is perfect for gifting, sharing with friends or serving alongside coffee for a refined afternoon tea.

Best enjoyed

Enjoy on the day of collection or delivery. For the authentic French bakery experience, warm the Cannelés in a preheated oven at 170°C for 5–7 minutes to restore their crisp caramelised crust while keeping the centre soft and custardy.
